Join Ricky in standing at the roof of Africa, Kilimanjaro's Uhuru Peak (5,895 m), on a guided 8-day Lemosho Route expedition crafted for those who dare to dream big.
Ricky Fodor is not leading this project from a distance — he's leading it from the middle of his own recovery. As a recent prostate cancer survivor, Ricky knows exactly what fear feels like, and he knows how faith can carry you through the darkest moments. That experience shaped him, refined him, and ignited a purpose he can no longer ignore.
For the past two decades, Ricky has built a career around leadership, community building, and inspiring people into action — from global brands to high-growth work across the cycling and outdoor world. His life's work has always centred on people, purpose, and elevating others.
Now, all of that experience comes together at exactly the right moment. Ricky understands how to mobilise communities, how to tell stories that move people, and how to build partnerships that last — and he understands what it means to fight for your life, and win.
This mission isn't a project for Ricky. It's the next chapter of his survival story — a commitment to help other men find cancer earlier, fight it stronger, and never walk alone.
